Sourcing option 1: We can source properties for you, bespoke to your requirements.
Whether you want to invest in a certain type of property (e.g. 3 bedrooms with garden, block of flats etc.), or for a particular tenant type (e.g. professionals, students or guests if serviced accommodation), or you may just prefer a particular postcode area - whatever your needs, we can discuss this with you.
Sourcing option 2: If requested, we can go one step further and also offer fully packaged service, whereby we provide full access to our power team of mortgage brokers, solicitors, and refurb team if needed. We even link you with our lettings agents, so you get support right up to the point of finding a tenant.
However, we can't work with everyone; we are a family business and only work with a handful of clients at any given time, to ensure you receive maximum value for each property we source.
