Alternatively, we may also source a property for you on request: if you have a specific property type you would like to rent from us, and eventually buy when you are in a position to do so, we are happy to discuss this option with you.
The tenancy:
Upon agreement of the house you would like to rent then eventually own, a standard tenancy check would take place as with any tenancy - if suitable, you would be have a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) contract.
The option agreement:
You will also have an option to buy agreement through a specialist solicitor, whereby you would make an initial option payment at the beginning, monthly option top up payments on top of your rent, plus a final option payment at the end of the term when approved for your mortgage.
Each applicant is treated individually, and we will only progress with this option if it is affordable for you. We can't help everyone, but we do try.
